If a product purchased via our website does not match the product description in your order confirmation, you may return your purchase within thirty (30) days of your receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding any fees such as shipping and processing fees). You may return merchandise for a refund by contacting us at info@itsrefocus.com.
All orders ship within 1 business day.
For every order you place you will receive confirmation and shipping information emails. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive the tracking information. If you still cannot locate your tracking information then email us at support@itsrefocus.com with your name and order confirmation number and we’ll help you track your package.
Sometimes packages are tossed around. Who would do that? If you have a damaged package, please reach out to us at support@itsrefocus.com with your name, order confirmation number, and pictures of the damages. We will assess your damage and do our best to resolve your order.
At this time we only ship orders to the 48 states in the continental U.S.
