If a product purchased via our website does not match the product description in your order confirmation, you may return your purchase within thirty (30) days of your receipt for a refund of the purchase price (excluding any fees such as shipping and processing fees). You may return merchandise for a refund by contacting us at [email protected].
All orders ship within 1 business day.
For every order you place you will receive confirmation and shipping information emails. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive the tracking information. If you still cannot locate your tracking information then email us at [email protected] with your name and order confirmation number and we’ll help you track your package.
Sometimes packages are tossed around. Who would do that? If you have a damaged package, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your name, order confirmation number, and pictures of the damages. We will assess your damage and do our best to resolve your order.
At this time we only ship orders to the 48 states in the continental U.S.

reFOCUS Subscription Loyalty Program provides an initial 25% off the first purchase and 10% off each following recurring purchase. The discount is automatically applied when a subscription item is added to cart. You shall be charged the same time each month.
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time. Please cancel five (5) days prior to your scheduled charge date.
