When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders within the continental U.S. and typically deliver within 5–9 business days after processing. Please note that we currently do not ship shakes to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it right to your door.

How much is standard shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a nominal, flat shipping and handling fee of $9.95 applies.

What if I need assistance with my order, or if my order is delivered damaged?
Sometimes packages get tossed around during transit—who would do that? If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry. Please reach out to us at support@itsrefocus.com with your name, order confirmation number, and clear photos of the damage. Our team will promptly assess the issue and do our best to make it right so you can enjoy your reFOCUS products without any hassle.
