What is your Shipping and Returns Policy?

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange. You may return merchandise for a refund by contacting us at support@itsrefocus.com. When do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 5–9 business days after being placed for the continental U.S. If you’ve purchased during a pre-sale, your order will ship during the designated pre-sale shipping window listed on the product page at checkout.

- USPS Domestic (US): 5-9 business days approx.
- UPS Domestic (US): 5-7 business days approx.
- GlobalPost (International): 12-16 business days approx.
- UPS Worldwide (International): estimated of 12-16 business days.

How to track my order?

For every order you place you will receive confirmation and shipping information emails. Please check your spam folder in case you do not receive the tracking information. If you still cannot locate your tracking information then email us at support@itsrefocus.com with your name and order confirmation number and we’ll help you track your package.

My Order arrived damaged.

Sometimes packages are tossed around. Who would do that? If you have a damaged package, please reach out to us at support@itsrefocus.com with your name, order confirmation number, and pictures of the damages. We will assess your damage and do our best to resolve your order.

Where do you currently ship?

At this time we ship shake orders to the 48 states in the continental U.S. and powders both domestic and international.

How does the Subscription Plan work?

Our Subscribe & Save subscription program is designed to keep your REFOCUS™ favorites coming your way—at a discount and on your schedule. You’ll pick your delivery frequency (14, 30, 45, 60, or 90 days) and get automatically charged each month.You can cancel anytime, as long as it’s at least 5 business days before your next scheduled charge. Please note: if a product has already shipped, you’ll still be responsible for that order’s charge.Need flexibility? You can also pause your plan for up to 30 days before it automatically resumes.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders over $75 ship free. For orders under $75, there is a nominal, flat shipping and handling fee of $9.99.
