How do I check my points balance?

Sign in to your itsREFOCUS.com account, hit “View Rewards,” and check out your points. Bonus: if you’re signed up for REFOCUS emails, we’ll occasionally email you your balance too. Rewards are valid for 12 months and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Do Inner Circle Loyalty points expire?

Yes, you have a max of 365 days to use your earned points. Reward points are valid for 12 months from when earned and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

What happens to points if an order is cancelled?

Points are only awarded for completed orders. Canceled orders will not earn points.
